A malfunctioning smoke detector needed to be replaced and my front door needed some lube to loosen up. Went to the front desk and a work order was put in immediately. Maintenance was over within the hour and left after maybe 5 minutes. Super fast and stress-free

I moved here in May 2024. This is by far one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The office staff and maintenance workers are always quick to respond to messages and prompt with any complaints that renters may have. I see staff every day in the morning, picking up trash and making sure the property stays clean. This is a big plus for me because previous apartments I have lived at were very lax on the cleanliness of the entire property. The pool and fitness center are immaculately kept. Even though this property is on Fort Apache, which is a really busy road it’s really quiet within the property.10/10 would recommend!

Clean quiet neighborhood with maintenance people on it! I frequently visited the office for their wifi and coffee and felt welcomed. The pool is new and the gym is cute. The whole neighborhood is white with a little roof that sticks out by the windows so I felt nice and cool the WHOLE summer. I would have my AC off and my whole apartment was in the low 70's... I miss this! One thing I hate (I feel many apartment complexes are the same tho) is they have a 60 day notification rule to vacating the apartment. That means even if you do your due diligence giving them 60 days notice, if you Break a lease they make you pay 2 months worth!!!!!! This is insane to me. Also due to lots of trees I frequently saw bugs outside... They've removed a lot of grass so hopefully by the time y'all go there it's a lot less!

I did not rent here, but the customer service was top of the line, and the property looks great. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Honestly St Clair’s, is one of the best’s places I have ever stayed and especially safe for me and my doggies. I have been living here for a year and honestly no problems with management or neighbors. Very Good Community and really great management and great maintenance people as well. The community is always clean and especially they have a nice grass area for the dogs, and they always have the pool clean. Such a great place to live with your doggies or family or self.

Okay so here’s everything you need to know: Apartments themselves are gorgeous, remodeled really well and have so much natural light (especially the second floor apartments like mine was) and open floor plans. So much space and light was my favorite thing about my apartment. However, the walls, floors and windows are thin. I was in a building near Ft Apache and traffic noise was awful, I could hear my downstairs neighbors constantly, and literally could hear entire conversations happening outside even with the windows shut. All this also makes the apartment super inefficient energy-wise. Staff at the office was always polite and kind to me as I was to them. I never had anyone be rude or disregard any concerns. Maintenance was pretty good about taking care of things HOWEVER they do not leave you any sort of notice that they’ve been in your apartment which really bugged me. All other apartments I’ve lived in leave a notice stating who was in your apartment, when, and what they did. Here I just had to hope my A/C filter changes were done when I requested them cause I couldn’t check it myself and they left no indication. The A/C was always loud as well. Pool is super nice, gym is lightly pathetic. When the pool WAS closed it was due to damage inflicted by disrespectful residents. You will pay about an additional $200 per month in “community utilities” in addition to your own utilities. I honestly couldn’t justify that on top of rent, I moved somewhere else due to high rent and utilities here. You likely won’t get your deposit back. Not necessarily because they take advantage of you, but because they will just use it to pay your final utilities and cleaning fees to avoid you having to make an additional payment. But that isn’t necessarily discussed up front so just a heads up. Overall I liked living here a lot and the location is great, but wanted to give future apartment hunters a run down of everything I wish I knew.

St. Clair Apts was exactly what I needed during challenging relocation from Colorado to Nevada, stayed at St. Clair for a year, allowed me to look all around for places to buy which I eventually did, perfect. Thanks especially to Jessica, Kim and Chris, could not have imagined a better experience renting, got keys back to Jessica today as I am headed out to new place now. Not to mention the amazing maintenance staff, all my requests are taken care of on the day I submit them and they really take care of the grounds here. The downside...the utility bill that you get monthly is ridiculous (it literally has been going up monthly) and we have been paying for the up keep of a pool that we haven't been able to use since June 1st, today is September 7th. Any upgrades to the pool should have been taken care of in the fall, winter or even spring. But waiting till the middle of summer to do it was poor planning. And there is still no anticipated date for it to open.

St. Clair is the first apartment I have lived at. Jessica has been especially helpful through my first time moving out. She has made it super easy transitioning into my apartment and has been SOOOOOO helpful answering all of my questions and making me feel at home. The St. Clair apartments are located in an area where I feel safe. It is quiet and clean. I have no complaints !

Quite, clean, secure. Since new management took over a lot of rennovations have been taken place. Yes, the pool is closed at a bad time since it's summer now, because it's all being upgraded, it will all be worth it in the end. Pool should be open in July. Tenents seem to complain about everything, but at least they are upgrading the pool, painting the building, and a lot of other things. So, actually nothing to complain about.. People would complain if nothing was upgraded or being done. I've lived here 4 years and love it. Be patient people...It's a great place to live.

Summary as of 1/29/2022: Good value for the amenities and location with solid management. Background: I am originally from Los Angeles, CA and by the end of Summer 2021 I had decided I wanted to move to Las Vegas starting in the New Year 2022. Coordinating a move to a different state is always a hassle, but I wanted to make it such that I could do a preliminary weekend trip to tour a bunch of apartment complexes, then make a decision based on that info. I had called a bunch of apts. around Oct2021 to see if I could organize some tours for a weekend trip. At the end of October I did my weekend trip and toured several places over a couple of days. St.Clair wasn’t even on my list, but after touring so many “less than ideal” units (again, I was being picky here), on my last day, ad-hoc I decided to casually call a few more complexes that I found on google to see if they would pick up the phone. I saw St.Clair in Google and gave them a call early on a Sat. morning. Lo and behold, not only did they answer the phone, but they were able to give me a tour on the spot. That night I went ahead and applied as I saw St. Clair has the best value based on what I toured and experienced at other apt. complexes at the time. I then moved to St. Clair at the end of Dec2021. I have now lived here for about a month and so while I am relatively new to the community, I feel like I have enough to give a high-level perspective of my experience here. Below are the considerations that led me to choose St.Clair as well as my experience here thus far. Management: So this primarily was what led to my decision in choosing St. Clair. I could easily rant about how trash the management at other apartments are at picking up the phone or answering emails, but that can be a google review for another time. As mentioned in my background above, I called St.Clair ad-hoc early on a Sat. morning and I was able to get a professional response from the team here AND set-up an immediate tour. Based on the experience I had with the management at OTHER places, I wasn’t too optimistic about picking an apt in LV during that weekend trip. Not sure why getting a competent person to pick-up the phone and answer basic questions was so difficult for other places, but fortunately for me St.Clair was able to answer my questions which put them at the top of my list of places I called. After I signed and before I moved (Nov2021-Dec2021), I went back and forth with the management over calls and emails to ask questions and to ask for updates on the process before my move-in date. They continued to answer my questions and made sure I was informed on the process. Even after my move-in, I have had no problems calling or emailing the office for questions, raising issues or submitting maintenance requests. Everything thus far is handled very timely and with professionalism. So definitely a huge shout-out to Jessica who made the move-in process easy for me (especially with me being from out of state). Location: This complex is in a good location close to grocery stores, eateries, shopping and the 215 which could easily take you around town. It’s a pretty peaceful/quiet area with good access to a lot of the highlights of LV. Amenities: Not sure why, but A LOT of apartments I saw here in LV have fully carpeted units (I didn’t want full carpet). My unit is all veneer wooden floor with carpet just in the bedroom, which is perfect. In-unit washer/dryer, AC/Heater, covered parking, stainless steel appliances are just some of my highlights. My unit in particular is newly renovated, so be sure to ask about that. Overall Conclusion: Most will likely not be as picky or as flexible as I was in selecting an apt, but overall I see St.Clair as good value for the rent, especially when compared to the rest of the LV market. I plan to update my review over time and will not be shy to highlight any unaddressed shortcomings that I may encounter, but thus far I am very pleased with my experience here at St.Clair. New management is truly very nice and attentive. Maintenance is fast and efficient compared to old maintenace. The new manager responds to all my emails with questions or concerns. I know my neighbors are still adjusting but Vegas is booming and times have changed. Overall I would recommend st Clair apartments to anyone looking for a nice community to live in!

I have lived here over 2 years now and I absolutely love it. The complex is small, quiet, and very secure. There are many restaurants and stores nearby and easy access to the freeway. The complex is well maintained with grassy areas and beautiful trees, as well as a pool that we love to use with the kids in the summer! I have a designated parking spot and there is plenty of ample parking for visitors. Emily and Yathaly in the office are so wonderful and kind too. I love living in the St. Clair Apartments community!

THE BEST MANAGEMENT AND FACILITY! Emily and Yathaly have been absolutely spectacular from day one! They made my wife and I feel at home with their care, attention, and professionalism. We truly cannot speak highly enough of their leadership! They went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and being there for us. Emily's expertise with being at St. Clair Apartments for over a decade shows. Then, Yathaly adds a meaningful and thoughtful touch as the Assistant Manager. They establish a dynamic duo that is tenant focused and centered. The facility itself is small, very clean, and well kept. The maintenance team did a phenomenal job within our unit. They hold the highest standards with upgrades and orders. You will not regret making St Clair Apartments your next place to live!

I went to several properties this weekend and I have to say that Yathaly was one of the most professional and friendliest of the people I talked to. I liked the St. Clair but my plan was to take all the brochures that I received from the other places and compare and make my decision. Yathaly went above and beyond by addressing all my concerns and she had no problem showing me the two particular apartments I was interested in two times each because I wanted to be sure I was making the best decision. She was so patient and friendly that I ended up filling out an application to lease because I knew I would be comfortable here. Even if I'm not approved, I highly recommend checking out the St. Clair.

I do love these apartments. I moved here when I was getting a divorce and needed as much space as possible for my 2 children and I for as affordable as possible and as quickly as possible. Brett was so accommodating and sweet throughout the process and made it one of the best move experiences I've had when moving into an apartment community. I have had nothing but good encounters with the office staff since. Emily is incredibly sweet and goes above and beyond in her job. For the flexibility, friendliness and professionalism of the staff I completely give it 5 stars. Not to mention, the community is quiet, very low crime rate, well maintained and the floor plans are very nice.

I've lived here for 9 years and finally have to move for school. I've made my fair share of posthumous goodbyes in my life but I might very well cry leaving here, Emily, Yadaly the maintenance crew I will miss all of them. The place is nice and clean and warm, I don't know if I would have survived Vegas if I hadn't lived here. St. Clair you've been the best home I've ever had.

My boyfriend and I have lived at St. Clair Apartments for about a year (our lease ends in a little under a month) this is my very first experience living in an apartment, and I am so grateful for the wonderful experience I’ve had while living here. When we signed our lease, Brett Joy was the manager and ultimately the reason why we signed our lease. He was so welcoming as soon as we walked into the leasing office, and even though the rent was a little bit out of our price range, we just felt so comfortable here that we both agreed that we HAD to live here. Emily is now the manager and she has always been very kind and welcoming. She really wanted us to stay for another year and was willing to try and work something out with us, but ultimately we would like to get a dog in the near future and need a backyard and a little more living space, otherwise we totally would have signed a new lease. Throughout this year we have had no serious issues, all maintenance requests have always been taken care of quickly and the maintenance guys are really nice, and work quickly and efficiently. No crazy loud or rude neighbors. They also have resident events every so often, while we have been here they had free tacos by the pool, occasionally there will be someone offering $5 pizza’s, one morning the office staff was standing out front passing out free breakfast food to everyone that was leaving or coming home which I thought was really sweet, and a Christmas party. Overall, I honestly could not have asked for a better first apartment-living experience and we are both so grateful for our time spent here. Thank you to all of the office staff and maintenance guys for being so awesome!

Almost 2.5 years ago, I was looking online for apartments and St. Clair seemed the most appropriate based on multiple review sites. I've never had any issues at all since I've been here and Brett will go out of his way to accommodate you. The property is very well taken care of, and staff is always helpful and friendly. Probably the best apartment complex I've lived in. Prices are usually under all the apartments in the area and square footage is king here.

I have never had a renting experience like the one at St. Clair. First off, the management at the leasing office is second to none. Brett and Emily were so helpful with everything I needed and their number one goal was to make living here as easy and enjoyable as possible. Any time I had a maintenance request it was taken care of that day or in rare cases the next day (whereas at other places where I've rented it could take up to a week and they needed constant reminders). They were very flexible with my contract which I needed to be 9 months instead of a full year, and if you are transparent and talk openly about possibly needing a few extra months they are very willing to try and work with you on it. On top of that, they are just great people to hang out with and talk to. The quality of the apartments and amenities are also incredible. When you're at the pool you feel like you are at one of the 5 star resorts on the strip. Great hot tub, fire pit, grills. The gym was just refurbished and it looks excellent. All of the appliances in the apartment are top quality, and the price relative to how much space I had was incredible. The layout of the community is also very unique and appealing. There are tons of little paths throughout the interior layer for walking pets or just walking around yourself. The people here are also great. It is very family friendly. I'm so thankful to Brett and Emily for running such a top notch apartment complex and cannot emphasize how much I recommend renting at St. Clair!

I lived in the St. Clair Apartments for an AWESOME two years or slightly more - mid year 2013 to end of year 2015. The ONLY reason why I left was because I was blessed to buy a beautiful brand new home down the way. My experience with Management, particularly Brett and Emily, was undeniably GREAT. Anything went wrong with my apartment was attended to the very next business day, if not the same day; or hence, any concern or favor I needed - it was always welcomed. Now grant it, in turn, I was in fact an excellent tenant, but...I say all this to say, if you are a "responsible/accountable tenant" looking for a great place to stay, somewhere where there is an attentive - responsive management staff, well kept apartment building, and an over all stay to them selves type environment, St. Clair is the ideal place. No hanging out, respectful neighbors, no parking wars, consistent trash pick - up, etc. I mean, having found this apartment complex online, and have never seen it before moving in, Emily took my life in her own hands, and I was - am VERY thankful for her judgment, and was EXTREMELY pleased with my stay.
