The application was super easy and the ladies in the office are very helpful. The apartments has some great amenities and seems very peaceful.
Iv lived at st Clair for about 6 months now and it's wonderful. The staff is very helpful and understanding. The washer went out and they replaced it with no hassle. This apartment is just wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this complex and the staff. I would live out the rest of my life here in peace.

A malfunctioning smoke detector needed to be replaced and my front door needed some lube to loosen up. Went to the front desk and a work order was put in immediately. Maintenance was over within the hour and left after maybe 5 minutes. Super fast and stress-free
I moved here in May 2024. This is by far one of the best apartment complexes Iâve ever lived in. The office staff and maintenance workers are always quick to respond to messages and prompt with any complaints that renters may have. I see staff every day in the morning, picking up trash and making sure the property stays clean. This is a big plus for me because previous apartments I have lived at were very lax on the cleanliness of the entire property. The pool and fitness center are immaculately kept. Even though this property is on Fort Apache, which is a really busy road itâs really quiet within the property.10/10 would recommend!
